We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 16, no exceptions. If you wish to get Tattooed and are 16 or 17 you must have your parent or legal guardian complete required paperwork. You must also have matching state issued ID as your parent. The ID’s must have a matching last name and address. If you have different last names or the addresses do not match on the ID’s a birth certificate will be required.
We will not guarantee tattoos on hands, feet, faces, ears, genitals, or white only tattoos.
A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required to hold a tattoo appointment ($50 for pieces that will take over an hour). We will not schedule the appointment until the deposit is paid. The deposit will be credited towards your tattoo.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will still be deducted from your tattoo total if you are rescheduling your appointment and give at least 24 hours notice. Any other circumstances will result in the forfeiture of the deposit (cancellation, no show, etc.).
State or Federal issued identification (driver’s license, passport, armed services, etc.) must be presented at the time of your appointment in order to be tattooed. No exceptions.
